Who are running the sessions and what are your ratios?
We run our sessions to a high adult to child ratio, normally 1:5 ratio and will be run by a first aid certified forest school level 3 trained leader, plus our regular volunteers. All our volunteers and forest school leaders hold current and relevant DBS certificates. These can be produced on request.
My child has food allergies:
There is a section on the order form to complete with any food allergies. If you would like to discuss any food allergies or other requirements further please do get in touch.
Covid-19:
All staff and volunteers will take a lateral flow Covid test regularly and inline with government guidance. Hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities will be available to use. We have a Track and Trace venue QR scan code to register if you have the app.
Cancellation and refund policy:
If in the unfortunate event we are unable to run the session due to newly imposed lockdown restrictions we will contact everyone asap and will give them first refusal on our next available session. If you are unable to attend due to you having to self isolate, have Covid or for any other reason, please let us know asap so we can offer your place to someone on the waiting list.
