You will spend a relaxed 2.5 hours learning how to make a traditional Christmas wreath to adorn your door. Using a selection of different types of foliage to create your wreath and a variety of different embellishments to decorate it to your desired taste. Advise will also be given on how to look after your wreath once at home to keep it looking in perfect condition throughout the festive period. \nThere will also be complementary snacks\, mulled wine or spiced apple juice to enjoy throughout the session and help to get us all in the Christmas spirit. Places on our wreath making workshops are limited to ensure there is enough time to spend assisting and guiding people through the process and to create their perfect wreath. \nAbout our wreaths…. \nMade on mossed rings and decorated with natural foraged materials such as Holly\, Ivy\, Conifer\, Pittosporum etc\, decorated with dried fruits\, cones\, berries\, dried teasels and poppy heads etc and finished with a choice of fabric ribbons. \nPrice: £42.50 (not including Eventbrite fee) price includes all materials to make your wreath\, mulled wine or spiced apple juice and snacks. \nPrivate Wreath Making Parties: We can run private wreath workshops for group of between 10 and 14 people. SUMMARY:HAF SEND FREE Family Christmas Session
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Christmas family forest school session\, for SEND children of all ages and their family. \nThe session will be held in the discover garden with in Hotham Park\, Bognor Regis \nThere will be various different forest school activities to participate in such as\nWoodworking\nWhittling\nFire lighting\nCooking lunch over the fire.\nPreparing food for our snack and lunch.\nCrafts\nHammock\, swing\nGames and activities \nWe will have use of Hotham Lodge\, where you can leave belongings and use in the event of bad weather. The forest school area is the discovery garden within Hotham Park\, which will be closed to the general public and made secure when we are using it. We will be also using the park itself at times too. There is permanent covered area within our forest school area. \nCost: Free\, funded by the WSCC Holidays and Activities Grant. Places are limited. Children’s HAF code will be required to book at: https://haf.bookinglab.co.uk/westsussex/37147/login \nPlease only book places for your children through the HAF system. Adults and siblings who are under 4 are not required to book through this system.

SUMMARY:Christmas At The Farm (Ages 5 - 11 years) FREE HAF SPACES AVAILABLE
DESCRIPTION:Session: Monday 23rd December\, 10-2pm \nLocation: Applefield Smallholding\, Chalk Lane\, Sidlesham\, Chichester\, PO20 7LW \nAge range: \nFor children aged 5 to 11 years. Please note that this is a drop off session. \nWhat to expect… \nJoin us at our farm and forest school session\, with lots of different fun and engaging activities and experiences \nExplore the farm and get up close to and feed some of our farm animals\, including Rosemary and Angela the donkeys and the very hungry goats! \nVenture to our wooded area where we have the nest swing\, hammock and mud kitchen. Its also our woodworking area where you can use tools to create a Christmas craft to take home. \nAround the fire circle you can practice or learn some fire lighting skills\, cook a campfire treat. Its also where we will cook our lunch. \nIn the event of bad weather we will use our indoor area to run run activities from and also covered areas around the farm to use. \nPrice: £30.00 per child\, includes a hot lunch freshly prepared over the fire\, all the woodcrafts and novelty craft items made to take home.
