DESCRIPTION:Sessions: Monday 24th October\, 9.30am – 11.30am or 1-3pm \nLocation: Applefield Smallholding\, Chalk Lane\, Sidlesham\, Chichester\, PO20 7LW \nAge range and group size: Parent/carer and child session for ages 18m to 8 years. Parents/carers and children aged under 18 months attend for free when accompanied by a paying sibling. \nThe fun to be had….? \nWhat’s been cooking? Pumpkin soup\, the best you’ve ever tasted! Join us for a fun packed session based around the book Pumpkin Soup by Helen Cooper . \nHere’s what we will be doing: \n\nA bagpiping cat\, a squirrel with a banjo and a singing duck! Lets make our own musical instruments too.. what will yours sound like?\nGet creative and make a no-carve pumpkin to take home.\nPeel and chop some vegetable to make our own vegetable soup to cook over our campfire..yum!\nMeet and greet the different animals that live on our farm.\nMake an animal character mask to wear.\nToast a marshmallow and enjoy a hot chocolate around the fire circle.\n\nWe will also…. Spend some time exploring and playing\, bug hunting\, relaxing in the hammock or have a go on the nest swing and make a mud pie or two in the mud kitchen. \nThen… Relax around the fire circle and try some of our delicious home made pumpkin soup. There will also be complimentary tea or coffee for the adults. \nFinally… Storytime listening to the Pumpkin story book\, before it’s time to go home all worn out! \nPrice: Child tickets 18m upwards £16.00 includes all craft items to take home\, a no carve pumpkin\, all activities and refreshments\, pumpkin soup and marshmallows. \nChildren under 18 months attend for free when accompanied by a full paying child.
